　　 The first overlord in ChuQiu Dynasty, QiHuanGong(齐桓公)
　　
　　 At the beginning of ChuQiu Dynasty, the king of Zhou Dynasty got less powerful. Instead, some great leuds became stronger. Therefore, overlords appeared.
　　
　　 QiHuanGong(齐桓公) was the first overlord in ChuQiu Dynasty. The state of Qi (齐国) was in the area around the lower part of HuangHe River, where the soil was fertile, and productive of fish. It's then the biggest leud in the East, which made it possible for QiHuanGong to be the overlord.
　　
　　 QiHuanGong was broadminded and wise. What he did most wisely was that he employed GuanZhong(管仲) who was ever his dead enemy. GuanZhong was biggest one of wise team of QiXiangGong(齐襄公) who was QiHuanGong's brother. When the two brother fought for the king of Qi, in which QiHuanGong failed. In the battle for the king of Qi, GuanZhong had contributed a lot of great ideas including ones of nearly killing GuanZhong.
　　
　　 After QiXiangGong died, QiHuanGong became the king of Qi. He used GuanZhong as the first man of his wise group instead of killing him, just like LiShiMing(李世民) treated WeiZheng(魏征). Since QiHuanGong was good at using wise men, he didn't care where they were from and what they had done before. Under the help of his wise group, adding the advantaged geographical location, QiHuanGong became the most powerful and strongest king, the first leaders of all the leuds in ChuQiu Dynasty.
　　
　　 Wise men are in plenty, but the kings who do well with using those wise men are less. However, QiHuanGong did the otherwise in his late years. He put three mean person on the most important position instead of using XiPeng(隰朋友) who was highly recommended to QiHuanGong by GuanZhong(管仲). Thenceforward, the state of Qi became weaker than before.
　　
　　 In the old time without democracy, the leaders who used wise men very skillfull would be the strongest and powerful. In fact, this rule is still important and effective.
　　
　　 There are a lot of persons of wisdom like GuanZhong(管仲) and WeiZheng(魏征), but the leaders with sagacity like QiHuanGong(齐桓公) and LiShiMing(李世民) are less. Therefore, it's inevitable that one dynasty overthrow the prior dynasty. Since sagacious leaders are so scanty, then a nation can't depend on the wise leaders. That's why we need democracy that is much trustful.
