　　I think this forum has similar discussion in this topic, but I would repeat my opinion anyway.
　　
　　The above statement is unjustified, since China has never been an imperial power. China follow guidelines of mutual respect for sovereignty and not interference in each other's internal affairs. Western nations might be relutant to trade or put many strings on humanitarian aid with Africans countries, but China don't see human right or internal political conflict as an issues. Personally I don't see the embargo and sanction put into many of Africans nations work, the results had never been very sucessful. The leadership and institutions still remain power and human right suitation did not improved much. But common people suffered, so what is the point for sanction. For centuries the Africans has been falling behind when others are advancing, I am hoping there are alternatives so millions can rise out of poverty and live a better lifes. China might not has any moral high ground, but either any western nations have. As long as Africa ecomony is booming, China would be view as a better alternative than Western nations.
　　
　　Africa is a huge market for china. Africa also provide China much needed resources, so it might be a win win suitation with mutually beneficial.
